Preventing "Lost in Translation" Moments: You will hear what the client wants, dig deeper to understand what they actually need, and document it perfectly so the development team builds the right solution the first time.

Managing Expectations: Clients frequently request scope changes. You will be the voice that helps them understand project timelines, constraints, and alternatives with tact and diplomacy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Primary Client Relationship Management

Act as the first line of communication for clients, leading kick-off meetings, regular status updates, and feedback sessions.

Manage client expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Translate abstract client requests into concrete user stories, functional requirements, and process maps.

Organize and prioritize backlog items alongside technical leads and project managers.

Validate that developed features match the client's original intent through basic acceptance testing.
3. Documentation & Reporting

Create clean, visual workflow diagrams (e.g., swimlane diagrams, wireframes) to confirm alignment with clients.

Maintain clear project documentation that serves as the single source of truth for both technical and business teams.
