Brief Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer with Angular knowledge to develop, maintain, and enhance our company website and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in WordPress development and Angular, along with good knowledge of front-end technologies, website testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and web analytics.

The role will involve WordPress development and administration, Angular development, website maintenance, UI enhancements, bug fixing, security, performance optimization, and coordination of website-related technical requirements.

Your Expertise Includes

  • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress CMS, including WordPress Core, Plugins, and Themes.
  • Experience developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Angular and Angular-based web application development.
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and responsive web development.
  • Experience developing reusable and responsive UI components using Angular.
  • Experience with Angular routing, forms, services, APIs, and component-based architecture.
  • Ability to integrate Angular applications with REST APIs.
  • Website testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and regular sanity checks.
  • WordPress Core, Plugin, and Theme updates with proper post-update testing.
  • Website backups, maintenance, security monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Content management, including page edits, layout changes, and creation of new sections.
  • Identifying and resolving website bugs, broken pages, design issues, and responsive layout problems.
  • Cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) testing and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 and website tracking.
  • Basic understanding of website hosting, domains, SSL, DNS, and cPanel.
  • Familiarity with website performance optimization and basic SEO practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple development and website maintenance requirements.

Preferred Skills

You should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in WordPress and web development.
  • Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites.
  • Strong practical experience in Angular development.
  • Experience with Angular components, services, routing, forms, API integration, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with WordPress Core, Plugin, and Theme customization and updates.
  • Practical experience in website testing, debugging, bug fixing, troubleshooting, and content management.
  • Experience with website backups, security monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and responsive web design.
  • Experience troubleshooting browser compatibility, responsive design, and website functionality issues.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and website tracking is preferred.
  • Experience working with external developers, hosting providers, or digital agencies is an added advantage.
  • Clear communication skills—both spoken and written English.
  • Ability to independently handle both WordPress and Angular development requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the company's WordPress website.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Angular-based web applications and components.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website and application bugs.
  • Perform regular WordPress updates, backups, security checks, and performance monitoring.
  • Implement website content and UI changes.
  • Integrate and troubleshoot APIs and third-party services.
  • Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing.
  • Monitor website analytics, tracking, and GTM implementations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external developers when required.
