Brief Description

Marketing Manager

Multi-Channel Campaign Planning & Execution · ImmiWorks (India)

Location: In-office, Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala

Working hours: UK business hours (approx. 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST)

Employment type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role

ImmiWorks India is the in-house delivery centre for an established UK group with over a decade of trading history and a strong reputation for client service. We are a young operation but not a start-up gamble. You get the stability, standards, and backing of a mature firm together with the energy and ownership of building a capability from the ground up.

We are building the marketing function that will drive growth across the group’s UK immigration service lines: corporate work (sponsor licence applications, compliance, audits and renewals) and individual work (visa renewals, ILR, naturalisation, and new subscription products).

The role works like this. We tell you which service line we want to grow and the commercial outcome we are after. You come back with a campaign plan - channel mix, audience, budget, creative requirement, timeline and target numbers - and then you go and run it. This is not a single-channel specialist role, and it is not a strategist role where the work gets handed to someone else. We need someone who can plan a campaign properly and is still hands-on enough to build it, launch it, read the numbers, and fix it when they are wrong.

You will be based at our Technopark Phase 1 office in Trivandrum, working in real-time alignment with UK business hours. The UK team owns brand positioning, service strategy and legal sign-off. You own the campaign: what we run, where, to whom, at what cost, and what it returns.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Taking a service line brief from the UK team and turning it into a costed, channel-by-channel campaign plan with clear targets (lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, ROAS).
  • Running paid media end to end: Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing), Bing, LinkedIn and Meta - build, budget, bid, test, cut what is not working and scale what is.
  • Owning SEO across technical, on-page and content: keyword and intent mapping to service pages, site health, landing page structure, and managing external SEO and link-building suppliers so we get value from them.
  • Planning and running organic and paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube), and directing the video and content pipeline - briefing what gets made based on what is actually performing.
  • Building the email and CRM engine: segmentation, nurture sequences, renewal and cross-sell campaigns to existing clients and contacts, and clean handover of qualified leads into sales.
  • Running account-based and outbound campaigns into defined B2B segments:  sector-targeted email and LinkedIn, sponsor register outreach, postal with tracking end to end.
  • Owning conversion: landing pages, forms, downloadables, tracking (GA4, GTM, UTMs, CRM attribution) and A/B testing. If a campaign is generating clicks and not enquiries, diagnosing and fixing that is yours.
  • Building and running the referral and partner channel across the UK and India - outreach, collateral, and a tracked funnel that passes to sales.
  • Supporting PR and thought leadership: legislative commentary, articles and placement that build authority in a specialist B2B market.
  • Reporting to UK leadership on spend, pipeline and cost per acquisition by channel and by service line with a view on where the next pound should go.

Preferred Skills

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in marketing with genuine ownership of multi-channel campaigns, including time at manager level or running campaigns independently from plan to result.
  • Demonstrable lead generation results. You can walk us through a campaign you planned and ran, what you spent, and what it returned.
  • Hands-on across paid search and paid social (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) building and optimising campaigns yourself, not only briefing an agency.
  • Working knowledge of SEO (technical and content), email automation, and CRM (Zoho or similar).
  • Comfortable with the numbers: GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, attribution and reporting. You reallocate spend on evidence, not instinct.
  • Strong written English in a clear, professional UK register for a B2B audience.
  • Able to brief, manage and hold external agencies and suppliers to their output.
  • Service industry background. Professional services or a regulated sector (legal, immigration, consultancy, finance) is a strong advantage.

Desirable

  • Experience marketing to UK or US audiences.
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven B2B buyers: HR directors, in-house counsel, business owners.
  • Experience running B2B and B2C campaigns within the same business. We do both.
  • SEO tooling (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and Zoho CRM / Zoho Campaigns.
  • Experience building a marketing function rather than joining a finished one.
  • Comfort working with AI-generated video and avatar content.

How We Work

You will be office-based at Technopark Phase 1, Trivandrum, on full UK business hours, giving you real-time overlap with the UK team for briefings, approvals and campaign decisions. The UK team sets brand, positioning and service strategy, and signs off anything client-facing for legal accuracy. Within that, campaign planning and execution is yours. We are building this function from the ground up, so you will have real ownership, a direct line to the people making the decisions, and the scope to grow as the function does.

How to Apply

Send your application to hr@immiworks.com

  • Your CV or LinkedIn profile.
  • A short note on why this role interests you.
  • One campaign case study: the objective, what you planned, what you spent, what it returned, and what you would do differently. Numbers matter more than narrative here.

We filter hard on signal. Show us campaigns where you owned the outcome, not just the channel.

Shortlisted candidates will go through:

  • A 30-minute screening call.
  • A structured interview with the hiring team.
  • A short practical exercise: a campaign plan for a service line we will brief you on.

We aim to make decisions within two weeks of first contact.
