Marketing Manager
Multi-Channel Campaign Planning & Execution · ImmiWorks (India)
Location: In-office, Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala
Working hours: UK business hours (approx. 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST)
Employment type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
About the Role
ImmiWorks India is the in-house delivery centre for an established UK group with over a decade of trading history and a strong reputation for client service. We are a young operation but not a start-up gamble. You get the stability, standards, and backing of a mature firm together with the energy and ownership of building a capability from the ground up.
We are building the marketing function that will drive growth across the group’s UK immigration service lines: corporate work (sponsor licence applications, compliance, audits and renewals) and individual work (visa renewals, ILR, naturalisation, and new subscription products).
The role works like this. We tell you which service line we want to grow and the commercial outcome we are after. You come back with a campaign plan - channel mix, audience, budget, creative requirement, timeline and target numbers - and then you go and run it. This is not a single-channel specialist role, and it is not a strategist role where the work gets handed to someone else. We need someone who can plan a campaign properly and is still hands-on enough to build it, launch it, read the numbers, and fix it when they are wrong.
You will be based at our Technopark Phase 1 office in Trivandrum, working in real-time alignment with UK business hours. The UK team owns brand positioning, service strategy and legal sign-off. You own the campaign: what we run, where, to whom, at what cost, and what it returns.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking a service line brief from the UK team and turning it into a costed, channel-by-channel campaign plan with clear targets (lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, ROAS).
- Running paid media end to end: Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing), Bing, LinkedIn and Meta - build, budget, bid, test, cut what is not working and scale what is.
- Owning SEO across technical, on-page and content: keyword and intent mapping to service pages, site health, landing page structure, and managing external SEO and link-building suppliers so we get value from them.
- Planning and running organic and paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube), and directing the video and content pipeline - briefing what gets made based on what is actually performing.
- Building the email and CRM engine: segmentation, nurture sequences, renewal and cross-sell campaigns to existing clients and contacts, and clean handover of qualified leads into sales.
- Running account-based and outbound campaigns into defined B2B segments: sector-targeted email and LinkedIn, sponsor register outreach, postal with tracking end to end.
- Owning conversion: landing pages, forms, downloadables, tracking (GA4, GTM, UTMs, CRM attribution) and A/B testing. If a campaign is generating clicks and not enquiries, diagnosing and fixing that is yours.
- Building and running the referral and partner channel across the UK and India - outreach, collateral, and a tracked funnel that passes to sales.
- Supporting PR and thought leadership: legislative commentary, articles and placement that build authority in a specialist B2B market.
- Reporting to UK leadership on spend, pipeline and cost per acquisition by channel and by service line with a view on where the next pound should go.
