We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in building scalable backend systems using Python and related backend technologies, along with working exposure to modern frontend frameworks like Next.js and React. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies and will be responsible for designing robust backend services, contributing to UI development where needed, and building or integrating AI/ML-driven features into production systems. The role requires strong technical ownership, the ability to work across the stack, and a keen interest in applying AI/ML to real-world engineering problems.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).

Architect and implement microservices, ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability.

Contribute to frontend development using Next.js and React for internal tools, dashboards, or product features as needed.

Build, train, and integrate AI/ML models and pipelines into backend systems.

Collaborate with data science/ML teams to operationalize models into production workflows.

Design and optimize database schemas and queries (SQL/NoSQL) for performance and scalability.

Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following best engineering practices.

Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

Integrate third-party APIs, LLM providers, and AI/ML services into existing applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across backend, frontend, and ML integration layers.

Collaborate closely with product, QA, DevOps, and data science teams to deliver end-to-end features.

Ensure application security, scalability, and performance across the stack.

Maintain technical documentation for services, APIs, and ML integrations.

Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and reviews.
