Genrobotics is seeking a skilled and experienced a skilled Control Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in BLDC motor operation and management to support our R&D and product development activities. The candidate will be responsible for motor control implementation, testing, tuning, and system integration for electromechanical and rehabilitation devices. The ideal candidate is proactive, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, with a strong sense of ownership over product delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Operating, managing, and testing BLDC motors for various applications, along with developing, implementing, and tuning motor control algorithms and drive systems.
- It includes performing performance evaluation, validation, and troubleshooting of motor systems, and integrating BLDC motors with embedded systems, sensors, and control hardware.
- Supporting system-level testing, debugging, and optimization, as well as preparing technical documentation, test reports, and performance analyses.
- Collaboration with mechanical, electronics, and R&D teams is essential for product development, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards during testing and deployment.
- Developing and maintaining C/C++ code for control system implementation.
- Designing and implementing advanced control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink and Simscape (including P, PI, PD, PID, MPC, SMC, fuzzy logic control, and digital filters).
- Conducting HIL, SIL, and PIL simulations to validate control system performance and identify potential issues.
- Provide onsite support during product tuning, testing, and commissioning to ensure optimal system performance and timely issue resolution.
