Senior Coordinator Products
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of our payments application. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, project teams, QA, and development teams, ensuring business requirements are effectively managed throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills to drive product planning, backlog management, release coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the payments application by analysing its existing features and capabilities.
- Review the feature list documentation and explore the application in depth to gain a thorough understanding of business functionality, workflows, and product behaviour.
2. Requirements Coordination
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Product Analysts, Project Teams, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements.
- Facilitate requirement discussions, understand the expected functionality, assist in prioritization, and ensure that requirements are clearly communicated to the core product development leads.
3. Backlog & Release Management
- Work closely with Product Owners and Project Teams to ensure approved requirements are appropriately planned for upcoming sprints and releases.
- Monitor the product backlog to ensure pending items are captured, prioritized, and tracked until implementation.
4. Design Plan Review
- Understand the proposed business and functional design for new features and enhancements.
- Participate in final design discussions to ensure the proposed solution aligns with business requirements and product objectives before development begins.
5. Release Demonstrations
- Participate in sprint reviews and product release demonstrations to validate newly delivered functionality.
- Gain a clear understanding of implemented features and verify that they meet the intended business objectives
6. Application Release Coordination
- Coordinate product deployments across multiple environments (such as Development, SIT, QA, and Solution QA).
- Ensure release activities are planned, communicated, and executed smoothly across all application instances.
7. Collecting aggregated test results from QA and prioritizing bugs
- Coordinate with the QA team to consolidate test results, prioritize defects, and present them to the development team for timely resolution
