We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PHP Developer with experience in Laravel and WordPress, along with strong coordination and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing and maintaining PHP-based web applications, Laravel projects, and WordPress websites. The candidate will also coordinate with designers, project managers, clients, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Create custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and user-friendly websites.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Work with MySQL databases and optimize database queries.
- Customize and integrate WooCommerce functionality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve PHP, Laravel, and WordPress issues.
- Optimize website and application performance, security, and scalability.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Manage code using Git and version control workflows.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, clients, and developers to understand requirements and track project progress.
- Coordinate development tasks, timelines, testing, deployments, and issue resolution.
- Participate in project discussions, requirement analysis, and technical planning.
- Perform website updates, backups, maintenance, and deployments.
- Follow coding standards, development best practices, and documentation guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest PHP, Laravel, WordPress, and web development technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years of experience in PHP development.
- Hands-on experience with Laravel framework.
- Good knowledge of WordPress development and customization.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins using PHP.
- Knowledge of Laravel MVC architecture, routing, middleware, migrations, Eloquent ORM, and REST APIs.
- Experience with WordPress hooks, custom post types, ACF, and WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with Elementor, Gutenberg, or other WordPress page builders.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.
- Proficiency in Git and version control.
- Understanding of website and application security, performance optimization, and SEO best practices.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
