We are looking for a QA / Test Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on testing experience who has a strong testing mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to independently explore applications and identify issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand requirements and quickly learn new business domains.
* Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, usability etc.
* Design and execute test scenarios and test cases, including edge cases.
* Identify functional defects, requirement gaps, usability issues, and potential performance problems.
* Challenge requirements and identify missing or unclear scenarios.
* Log, track, and follow up on defects through closure.
* Maintain test cases, test results, defect reports, and QA documentation.
* Work closely with developers, business teams, and customers to clarify and resolve issues.
* Use GenAI tools to improve test-case generation, scenario identification, test data creation, and QA documentation.
Required Skills
* 2–3 years of software testing / QA experience.
* Strong knowledge of testing concepts and exploratory testing.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong find the defect mindset.
* Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps etc
* Good communication and customer-facing skills.
* Ability to learn new domains and technologies quickly.
