About the Role
AppSaas AI Technologies is looking for a Software Testing Intern who has completed QA/software testing training and wants to gain hands-on experience through live projects, as well as experienced QA professionals looking to contribute across different domains, including E-commerce, Clinic Management, web, mobile, and AI chatbot applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Execute test cases and report defects clearly.
- Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Perform mobile application testing on Android/iOS applications.
- Test application responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Perform browser compatibility testing using Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, and other browsers.
- Verify UI/UX consistency, usability, and functionality.
- Test different application workflows and user scenarios.
- Perform Telegram and WhatsApp chatbot testing, including message flows, responses, commands, and user interactions.
- Document bugs with clear descriptions, screenshots, and reproduction steps.
- Retest resolved issues and perform regression testing.
- Collaborate with developers and the QA team to identify and resolve application issues.
- Maintain proper testing documentation and test reports.
