Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager / Accounts Manager with 2+ years of experience to manage client projects, coordinate design teams, handle client communication, manage client social media content, and mentor interns across various design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end design projects, including UI/UX, branding, graphic design, web, social media and digital content.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with designers to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project timelines, task allocation, deliverables, and client feedback.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and project-related escalations.
- Manage and coordinate social media content and deliverables for clients.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, content teams, and other internal resources.
- Review project progress and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Guide and mentor interns working on real-world design projects.
- Assign tasks/projects to interns and monitor their progress.
- Conduct project reviews, provide feedback, and support intern development.
- Assist in training sessions and help interns understand professional project workflows.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and performance records.
