JD – Sr Tech Lead
Experience - 8 to 15 Years
The candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities, architecture understanding, people management skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end application delivery while ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery
· Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET and Angular technologies.
· Review and validate requirement analysis, feasibility assessments, and technical design solutions.
· Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
· Demonstrate strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design.
· Perform design reviews for:
o Database design
o Application components and modules
o New processes and technical solutions
· Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
· Oversee deployment planning and preparation of deployment documentation.
· Ensure successful migration and deployment of applications to UAT and Production environments.
Project Planning & Delivery Management
· Plan, monitor, and control project execution to ensure timely delivery within scope and quality expectations.
· Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
· Manage delivery schedules, resource allocation, and project priorities.
· Coordinate effectively between Development, QA, Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Clients.
· Drive customer satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.
Team Leadership & People Management
· Lead and manage a team of developers and technical leads.
· Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback.
· Create development plans for team members and support career growth.
· Identify training needs and facilitate technical and professional development programs.
· Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
· Manage team utilization, workload balancing, and resource planning.
Technology & Innovation
· Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
· Research and evaluate tools, frameworks, and technologies that improve delivery efficiency and product quality.
· Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, cloud-native solutions, and automation.
· Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap discussions.
