SubHosting Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a technology company specializing in web hosting solutions and innovative web application development. Based at Technopark Phase III Campus, Thiruvananthapuram, we are looking for enthusiastic Technical Support Interns to join our Linux Server Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in Linux server administration, technical support, and enterprise datacenter operations across our infrastructure in India and the USA, with comprehensive training and mentorship provided.

Internship Details

Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Type: Paid Internship

Duration: 12 Months

Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts (24×7 Support Environment)

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for Linux-based web, email, and database servers across our India and USA datacenters.

Manage and resolve technical support tickets within defined SLAs, escalating complex issues as needed.

Monitor server health, performance, and uptime, and respond to alerts promptly.

Assist with routine server administration tasks including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Work in rotational shifts to ensure continuous 24x7 support coverage.

Document issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.

Collaborate with senior engineers and team members to maintain service reliability.

Preferred Skills

Linux certification such as RHCSA, RHCE, LFCS (Linux Foundation), or CompTIA Linux+Basic understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line fundamentals.

Strong willingness to learn Linux server administration and technical support.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred, but not mandatory.

Open to all experience levels - fresh graduates and early-career candidates are welcome.

Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Thiruvananthapuram will have an added advantage.

Work Arrangement
