We are looking for a proactive and hands-on System Administrator to independently manage the organization's IT infrastructure and provide end-to-end technical support. The ideal candidate should have experience in Windows and Linux administration, networking, hardware troubleshooting, IT asset management, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
System & Network Administration

Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux systems.

Manage user accounts, permissions, shared folders, backups, security patches, antivirus, and system performance.

Configure and maintain Load balancers, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Internet connectivity.

Monitor infrastructure availability, troubleshoot network issues, and coordinate with ISPs and vendors when required.
End User & Hardware Support

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, meeting room equipment, and other IT peripherals.

Install operating systems, software, and productivity tools.

Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop hardware issues, including RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboards, batteries, displays, cooling fans, and other internal components.

Support employee onboarding/offboarding by allocating and recovering IT assets.
IT Infrastructure & Asset Management

Maintain IT assets, software licenses, documentation, warranties, and AMC records.

Configure and maintain file servers, NAS, printers, CCTV, biometric devices, backup solutions, and endpoint security.

Support office IT infrastructure projects and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and security.

Be available for emergency troubleshooting outside regular working hours whenever required.
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux Administration.

Hands-on experience in desktop, laptop, server hardware troubleshooting, and basic hardware repair.

Good networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, Routing, Switching, Firewall configuration, Wi-Fi, and Internet connectivity.

Experience with Windows/Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud administration.

Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox), endpoint security, and IT best practices.

Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is an added advantage.

Experience with NAS, RAID, CCTV, biometric systems, and access control is a plus.

Relevant certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, Microsoft, CCNA, VMware, Azure, AWS) are an added advantage.
