The Role: Software Engineer (2+ Years Experience)
Job Location : Trivandrum/Mysore
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Software Engineer with 2+ years of professional experience to contribute across our full technology stack. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend services, building robust APIs, and developing intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that power our global e-invoicing solution. A strong background in Java and ReactJS is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities;
1. Backend Development & Architecture
● Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and performant RESTful APIs using our primary backend technology, Java (or Python/Node.js).
● Write clean, testable, and effi cient code for core application logic, data processing, and integration with third-party services.
● Develop and manage data models and interaction logic for document-based databases, preferably MongoDB.
● Implement robust security best practices within the APIs and data layers to ensure the integrity and compliance of sensitive fi nancial data.
2. Frontend Development & UI/UX
● Develop responsive, interactive, and modern user interfaces for our e-invoicing platform using ReactJS (or AngularJS/VueJS).
● Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate mockups and requirements into functional application components.
● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
3. Collaboration & Lifecycle
● Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, unit testing, code reviews, and deployment (CI/CD).
● Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and stability.
● Work collaboratively within an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to daily stand-ups and sprint goals.
