Brief Description

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js, with a passion for building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications while following industry best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend web development.

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES2020+) and TypeScript.

  • Extensive experience with React 18+ and Next.js (13+), including functional components, Hooks, Context API, App Router, Server Components, Client Components, custom hooks, and performance optimization.

  • Strong understanding of rendering strategies, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), and Client-Side Rendering (CSR).

  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of routing using React Router and Next.js App Router.

  • Experience building responsive and reusable user interfaces using MUI (Material UI), Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, Sass, or styled-components.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, CSS Grid, responsive design, semantic HTML, and accessibility (WCAG).

  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

  • Familiarity with modern frontend tooling, including Vite, Webpack, npm/pnpm, Babel, ESLint, and Prettier.

  • Experience with unit and integration testing using Jest and React Testing Library. Experience with Playwright or Cypress is an added advantage.

  • Strong understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Good understanding of frontend performance optimization, browser debugging tools, Core Web Vitals, cross-browser compatibility, and web security best practices.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OpenID Connect.

  • Familiarity with Docker and containerized development environments.

  • Experience with frontend monitoring and observability tools such as Sentry, Datadog, or similar.

  • Exposure to Micro Frontends or Module Federation is an added advantage.
