We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of innovative Healthcare IT applications for global clients.

💼 Experience
8–12 Years (Minimum 3–5 years as a Technical Lead/Lead Engineer)
🔑 What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise Healthcare IT solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented engineers.
- Build high-performance backend services, APIs, and modern web applications.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and global clients.
- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and technical innovation.
💻 Technical Skills
Backend:
- Java (Spring Boot), Python (FastAPI/Django), Node.js, or .NET Core
Frontend:
- React.js, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Databases:
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
- MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis
Architecture & Cloud:
- Microservices
- Event-Driven Architecture
- API-First Design
- Distributed Systems
- AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
- Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
🏥 Healthcare Experience Preferred
Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:
- EHR/EMR Platforms
- HL7 & FHIR Integrations
- Telehealth Solutions
