• Design visually appealing creatives for digital marketing, branding, social media, advertisements, presentations, and print materials.
• Develop brand identities, marketing collaterals, banners, brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements, present creative concepts, and handle feedback professionally.
• Manage multiple client projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing, UI/UX, and content teams to deliver high-quality visual solutions.
• Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all designs and campaigns.
• Create motion graphics, reels, and basic video creatives when required.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Visual Design / Graphic Design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, UI design principles, and branding.
  • Experience in designing social media creatives, branding materials, marketing collaterals, website/UI mockups, and digital marketing assets.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Good client handling and excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into impactful visual designs.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
