Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Python Django Backend Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF), with the ability to build secure, scalable, and high-performance backend applications.
The candidate should also have good knowledge of HTML for developing and customizing Django Admin Panels. Knowledge of React.js or Next.js is a strong advantage for collaborating with the frontend team.
We are looking for developers who actively use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity while maintaining high code quality and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and Django.

Develop secure REST APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF).

Build and customize Django Admin Panels using HTML, CSS, and Django Templates.

Design and optimize PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.

Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
-
Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
-
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.

Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.

Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.

Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers.

Use Git for version control and team collaboration.
Required Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Python.

Experience with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).

Experience developing RESTful APIs.

Good understanding of PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Django Templates for Admin Panel development.

Experience with authentication methods (JWT, OAuth, Session Authentication).

Knowledge of Git and GitHub/GitLab.

Strong debugging and analytical skills.

Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Cursor AI, Claude, or similar AI coding assistants.

Educational Qualification
