In this role, you will provide technical support and manage Linux server infrastructure hosted across our datacenters in India and the USA. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining the availability, security, and performance of mission-critical hosting infrastructure while delivering high-quality technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Linux-based web, email, and database servers.
Troubleshoot Linux server, hosting, and networking issues.
Respond to customer requests through the helpdesk, email, and chat.
Monitor server health, performance, and availability.
Perform server administration, maintenance, and security updates.
Work collaboratively in a 24×7 rotational support environment.
