Job Description
The L3 Terminal Operations & Communication Systems Engineer is responsible for the administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of the airport's Terminal Operations Centre (TOC), communication systems, and mission-critical operational platforms in a 24×7 environment. As the highest technical escalation point (L3), the role ensures the availability, performance, and reliability of command-and-control systems, collaboration platforms, radio communication systems, and operational applications supporting airport operations and emergency response. The engineer works closely with airport operations, airlines, OEMs, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues, maintain system integrations, ensure SLA compliance, and drive continuous service improvements.
