Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced L3 Field Infrastructure & Airport Systems Engineer to support and manage the airport's mission-critical field infrastructure and operational technology (OT) systems in a 24×7 environment. As the highest technical escalation point (L3), you will be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of communication room infrastructure, physical security systems, RFID, CCTV, speed gates, and passenger-facing self-service systems. You will work closely with airport operations, security teams, OEMs, and vendors to ensure high availability, regulatory compliance, and SLA adherence.

Preferred Skills

Experience

  1. 8–12 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, field services, or managed services.
  2. 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting airport operational technology (OT), physical security systems, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
  3. Strong expertise in field infrastructure, physical security systems, incident management, preventive maintenance, hardware lifecycle management, and vendor coordination in a mission-critical 24×7 environment.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline.
  2. ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).

Certifications in physical security systems, networking, or infrastructure technologies (e.g., Milestone, CEM, Aruba, Cisco) are desirable.
