Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior BMS/ELV Engineer – Airport Infrastructure to manage and support mission-critical Building Management Systems (BMS) and Fire Alarm Management Systems in a 24×7 international airport environment. The role is responsible for the administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of integrated facilities systems, ensuring high availability, regulatory compliance, and seamless airport operations. As the L3 technical escalation point, you will work closely with Facilities Management, Airport Operations, OEMs, and vendors to maintain system reliability and meet SLA commitments.

Preferred Skills

Experience

  1. 8–12 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems, or Facilities Technology.
  2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting mission-critical facilities systems in airports, transportation hubs, healthcare, data centres, or similar large infrastructure environments.
  3. Strong expertise in BMS, fire safety systems, preventive maintenance, incident management, and vendor coordination within a 24×7 operational environment.

Education Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  2. ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
  3. Certifications in Siemens Desigo CC, Edwards FireWorks, or Building Automation Systems are highly desirable.
  4. Knowledge of fire safety regulations and building automation standards is an advantage
