We are looking for a Jr. DevOps Engineer with 1+ years of hands-on experience in AWS and GCP to manage cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
- Support cloud infrastructure management and monitoring.
- Deploy and manage applications in development, testing, and production environments.
- Work with development teams to automate build, deployment, and release processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Assist in managing containerized applications using Docker.
- Support configuration management and infrastructure automation activities.
- Maintain documentation for deployment procedures and infrastructure configurations.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.
- Understanding of DevOps concepts and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Git version control systems.
- Basic experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic scripting skills in Shell, Bash, or Python.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and TCP/IP.
