You will execute comprehensive manual testing to ensure software quality and reliability. Candidates should be skilled in test planning, scenario preparation, and execution. Exposure to healthcare systems will be an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years

Location: Trivandrum

Preferred Skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand functional requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Log defects, track resolutions, and retest fixes.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to ensure complete test coverage.
  • Participate in release validation and quality gate reviews.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure traceability using standard QA practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in manual testing across desktop and service-based applications.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and requirement analysis.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage.
