UI/UX Designer – 1 to 2 Years Experience

Job Responsibilities 

• Understand and translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Design user-centric interfaces in line with modern UI/UX best practices and the company’s brand identity.

• Independently create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Manage the end-to-end design lifecycle—from ideation to delivery—while continuously improving the user experience through data and feedback.

• Maintain and deliver detailed design specifications, design systems, and reusable component libraries.

• Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized across different devices and screen sizes.

• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate and seamless implementation of UI designs.

• Work closely with development teams to uphold the design vision throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in  Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in a software product or services company.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across web and mobile platforms.

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other relevant tools.

• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user testing.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
