We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to own and scale our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production reliability. You will work closely with development, QA, and security teams to automate everything that can be automated, shorten release cycles, and keep our systems fast, observable, and secure.
This is a full-time position based in India, suited to someone who is comfortable working independently, taking ownership of production environments, and improving developer experience across the organisation.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent, low-risk releases.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP) using Infrastructure as Code.
• Containerise applications and manage orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure high availability and quick incident response.
• Automate routine operational tasks through scripting and configuration management tools.
• Manage environments across development, staging, and production, including release and rollback processes.
• Implement security best practices — secrets management, access control, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Participate in on-call rotation, troubleshoot production issues, and lead root cause analysis for incidents.
• Optimise cloud cost and resource utilisation without compromising performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve build times, deployment reliability, and developer tooling.
• Document architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures.
