Graduates with relevant experience (0.5–1 year preferred)/ MBA (Marketing) preferred.

What You’ll Do:

Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Support sales activities, including proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored business solutions.
Coordinate client communication, meetings, and follow-up activities.
Assist with business operations, project coordination, and administrative tasks.
Prepare reports, presentations, and performance analyses for management.
Support people operations, internal communication, and employee engagement initiatives.
Contribute ideas to business strategy, process improvements, and organizational growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Graduates with relevant experience (0.5–1 year preferred)/MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Enthusiastic learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and MS Office skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Knowledge of IT services, consulting and outsourcing is an advantage.
Strong research, time management, and presentation skills.
Digital Marketing or Sales certifications are a plus.
Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business terms.
