As a Business Applications Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of business-critical applications by providing application support and developing technical solutions. You'll be involved in system enhancements, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and collaborating with business users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities

§  Provide support to users on the applications

§  Participate in requirements gathering with business users and project management team for new projects or system enhancements

§  Do the development/coding in in-house systems

§  Write SQL scripts for ad-hoc reports/listings and build new reports and dashboards, as per the user specifications

§  Train users and assist them in testing the system changes

§  Follow up with external suppliers on enhancement requests and resolution of application logs

§  Produce technical and user documentation for new enhancements and projects
