Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Python Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and modern web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performance, and data-driven solutions while following software engineering best practices. The ideal candidate is eager to solve complex technical challenges, write clean and maintainable code, and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle. Experience with AI-assisted development tools, Agile methodologies, and a continuous learning mindset will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.

Design and implement RESTful APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Build clean, reusable, and efficient code following software engineering best practices.

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to develop robust data-driven applications.

Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and project managers.

Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and improve system reliability.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.

Maintain technical documentation and follow Agile development methodologies

Use AI tools to accelerate boilerplate code generation, documentation, unit test creation, and routine development tasks
Required Skills

1–3 years of professional experience in Python development.

Strong knowledge of Python programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming.

Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.

Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.

Familiarity with SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.

Working knowledge of Git,Jira and version control workflows.

Basic understanding of Linux environments.
