The IT Operations Analyst will provide IT support while assisting with infrastructure, development operations, reporting, and automation tasks. This role ensures smooth IT operations and supports continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user accounts.
- Assist with infrastructure and development operational tasks.
- Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell.
- Monitor IT systems and maintain documentation.
- Support IT projects and process improvements.
