Key Responsibilities

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM/customer support tools is an added advantage.
