Key Responsibilities:
- - Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET technologies
- - Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
- - Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders
- - Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability
- - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- - Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
- - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions
- - Support Agile development processes and sprint planning activities
Skills
- - 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in .NET development
- - Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs
- - Experience with MVC architecture and design patterns
- - Good knowledge of SQL Server and database design
- - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- - Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- - Angular or full-stack development skills will be an added advantage
