- Experience in Software / SAAS Sales
- Familiar with Microsoft Office - Word and Excel and other tools.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
- Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- Close the sales loop by lead to client conversion
- Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques
- Handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Closely Co-ordinate with Sales Managers , Product and Management Team members to drive sales and achieve targets
Handle client demos as and when required
