Brief Description

Experience and skills as outlined below:

  • Experience in Software / SAAS Sales
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office - Word and Excel and other tools.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
  • Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
  • Close the sales loop by lead to client conversion
  • Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques
  • Handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Closely Co-ordinate with Sales Managers , Product and Management Team members to drive sales and achieve targets

Handle client demos as and when required

Preferred Skills

Qualification:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with Good communication skills and command of English and Malayalam language. Good to have Hindi speaking skills.

 

  • Good to have :
    1. Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations 
    2. Valid driving license and willingness to travel
