- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram/Whatsapp), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Drive lead generation initiatives to achieve business growth and marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns focused on maximizing ROI, improving conversion rates, reducing Cost Per Lead (CPL), and achieving lead generation targets through continuous campaign optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative improvements.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights based on campaign analytics.
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, landing pages, and website traffic to improve lead conversion.
- Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to ensure effective campaign execution and lead nurturing.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and recommend new digital marketing strategies.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager for tracking and reporting. Looker Studio experience is good to have.
- Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and lead quality optimization.
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Tag, and server-side tracking.
- Exposure to CRM and marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot or Zoho CRM etc) would be an added advantage.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to maximize campaign effectiveness.
