The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, coordinating with internal technical teams, and driving the bidding process across multiple online platforms. The candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, have a good understanding of software development terminology, and be capable of interacting with clients across different geographies. Flexibility to work in different shifts based on business requirements is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online lead generation channels.
* Prepare, customize, and submit high-quality proposals, bids, and RFP responses.
* Analyze client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare accurate estimations and solutions.
* Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly follow up with prospects.
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
* Prepare presentations, capability documents, and other pre-sales materials.
* Maintain CRM records and ensure timely updates of business development activities.
* Work in different shifts as required to support clients across multiple time zones.
