We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT services sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients, generating business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across our software development, AI, cloud, and digital transformation service offerings.
Experience in selling AI-powered solutions or digital transformation services will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for IT services, including software development, AI solutions, cloud services, and digital transformation.
- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
- Execute outbound sales activities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and deliver solution presentations.
- Prepare proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing, and commercial documents, and negotiate contracts through to closure.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, update CRM regularly, and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure the right solution is proposed and a seamless project handover.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while reporting performance to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT services sales or business development (mandatory).
- Proven experience selling software development services, IT outsourcing, managed services, cloud solutions, or digital transformation services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a client-facing role.
