We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant 9+ years of TA experience, preferably in SAP and IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, expertise in sourcing niche technical talent, and the ability to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle. A basic understanding of SAP roles and modules is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for SAP and IT roles.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
- Work closely with customer contacts for staffing requirements and share suitable candidate profiles for contract/contract-to-hire needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social channels, referrals, networks, and events.
- Ensure a professional, seamless, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Use recruitment metrics to improve hiring quality, pipeline strength, and turnaround time.
- Strengthen employer branding through recruitment marketing and external presence.
- Manage relationships with external recruiters, vendors, and partners.
- Maintain compliance with hiring processes and ensure accurate ATS documentation.
