Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
• Assist in screening, and shortlisting candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and other HR operations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers
Business Development
• Research and identify potential clients using online platforms and lead generation tools.
• Generate and qualify leads to support business development initiatives.
• Assist with client outreach through email, phone, and professional networking platforms.
• Maintain accurate lead data in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
