We are looking for a motivated Consultant to join our AI Advisory & Engineering (AAE) practice. The role supports client engagements spanning AI strategy and business analysis, AI-powered solution development, and applied data science. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members to identify AI opportunities, support the design and build of AI/ML solutions, and help clients adopt AI responsibly and effectively.
• Support AI readiness assessments, maturity benchmarking, and opportunity-identification workshops for client organizations.
• Assist in stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and as-is/to-be analysis to surface high-value AI use cases.
• Contribute to Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and AI solution briefs under senior guidance.
• Support the development of AI-powered tools for document analysis, data extraction, summarization, classification, and workflow automation.
• Assist in building and testing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including data ingestion, chunking, embedding, and retrieval tuning.
• Support integration of AI capabilities with enterprise applications via APIs, webhooks, and tool-use/MCP (Model Context Protocol) implementations.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and support model training and evaluation for classification, regression, NLP, and forecasting use cases.
• Assist in monitoring model and product performance, documenting evaluation metrics, and flagging data-quality or drift issues.
• Prepare clear working papers, findings, prototypes, presentations, and status reports under the supervision of senior team members.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, track outstanding actions, and help ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain awareness of evolving AI/ML tools, frameworks, the vendor landscape, and relevant AI governance and regulatory developments.
