We are looking for L1 Support Executives to handle customer queries and provide basic support through calls, email, and chat. This role is part of our global support team and requires working in a shift-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat
Log and manage issues in the ticketing system
Provide basic troubleshooting and user guidance
Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams
Follow up with customers and ensure timely responses
Maintain clear and professional communication
Requirements:
6 months – 1 year experience in BPO / Customer Support
Good communication skills (English)
Basic computer knowledge (ERP knowledge is a plus)
Ability to handle customers professionally
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Quick learner and team player
Qualification :Graduate
Job Details:
Location: Work from Home and wilingness to travel (Kerala preferred)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
Shift: Rotational (24×7 support environment)
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Mostly prefered male candidates
