We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Enhancement Executive to strengthen our sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and generate quality leads.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations when required.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to improve products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
