Brief Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in software product or enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders and development teams driving requirement elicitation, solution design, and Agile delivery support across the product lifecycle, while engaging directly with international customers on enterprise-scale products.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Solution Design

•Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder workshops and discussions; perform gap analysis

•Translate requirements into User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BRDs/FRDs, process flows, and wireframes


Agile Delivery

•Own and prioritize the product backlog; participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives

•Provide ongoing requirement clarifications to development teams throughout the Sprint


Stakeholder & Customer Management

•Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams; facilitate sign-offs

•Build strong customer relationships and proactively understand their evolving business needs


Quality & Documentation

•Support UAT and validate delivered features against business requirements before release

•Maintain product documentation and ensure requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Skills

  1. 3–5 years as a Business Analyst in software product or enterprise application development.
  2. Strong skills in requirement elicitation, user story writing, and business process/gap analysis.
  3. Solid grasp of Agile Scrum methodology and SDLC; basic SQL/database knowledge.
  4. Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, or MS Office.
  5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  6. Strong analytical ability to simplify complex business problems; high attention to detail.
  7. Nice to have: enterprise SaaS/ERP/HRMS exposure, API integrations, wireframing, AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot).
