Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT sales and digital product consulting. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of app development and software solutions, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and manage business leads for software and app development services
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable digital product solutions
• Handle client communication, presentations, and proposal discussions
• Consult clients on mobile apps, web applications, and custom software solutions
• Develop and execute lead conversion and closing strategies
• Coordinate with technical teams for project discussions and estimations
• Build strong client relationships and maintain follow-ups
• Achieve sales targets and business growth goals

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development
• Strong portfolio or proven experience in software/app sales
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Good understanding of mobile app development, web solutions, and digital products
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solutions
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented mindset

 

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CRM and lead management tools
• Experience in B2B sales and software consulting
• Presentation and proposal creation skills
• Understanding of digital marketing and startup ecosystem is an added advantage
