We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst who can work closely with clients, the business team, and the development team to transform business requirements into successful digital solutions.
This role goes beyond traditional documentation and offers exposure to client interactions, pre-sales activities, project coordination, business operations, and solution consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Pre-Sales

Conduct requirement gathering and discovery sessions with clients

Understand business challenges and recommend suitable solutions

Support proposal preparation and project estimations

Participate in client presentations and solution discussions

Assist the sales team during project discussions and pre-sales activities
Project Coordination
-
Coordinate between clients, designers, developers, and stakeholders

Track project progress and follow up on action items

Conduct requirement clarification and project review meetings

Support smooth project execution and delivery
Requirements

Strong communication and presentation skills

Good analytical and documentation abilities

Understanding of websites, mobile applications, or software projects

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders

Prior experience as a BA, Project Coordinator, or similar role is preferred

Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn
