About the Role We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to business owners, qualifying potential clients, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting
● Contact business owners via phone.
● Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
● Follow up with both cold and warm leads.
● Re-engage inactive prospects from the CRM database.
Lead Qualification Conduct initial qualification by asking relevant questions, including:
● What industry is the business in?
● Are they currently using SEO or Google Ads?
● Are they under an existing marketing contract?
● Who is responsible for marketing decisions?
● Are they interested in generating more leads and increasing sales?
● Do they have an allocated marketing budget?
Appointment Scheduling
● Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
● Confirm meeting attendance with prospects.
● Send calendar invitations and appointment reminders.
Reduce No-Shows
● Confirm appointments 24 hours before the scheduled meeting.
● Send a final confirmation 1 hour before the meeting.
● Reschedule appointments when necessary.
● Ensure all updates are accurately reflected in the CRM.
CRM Management
● Update lead statuses regularly. ● Record detailed notes from conversations.
● Track follow-up activities.
● Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● 100–150 outbound calls per day
● 30 follow-up activities per day
● 3–5 qualified appointments booked daily
