Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with 15+ years of experience to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Mendix, Java, Node.js, and TypeScript, with a backend-heavy full-stack background and proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications.

• Drive technical strategy, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices.

• Design and deliver solutions using Mendix, integrated with Java, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.

• Ensure security, performance, scalability, and code quality.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployment, and operational excellence.

• Mentor engineering teams and work closely with product and business stakeholders.
