About the Role

Tricta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive cum Project Coordinator to drive business growth while ensuring the successful coordination and execution of IT projects. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication, client management, and project coordination skills who can bridge the gap between customers and the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify new business opportunities in Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI, IoT, Cloud, and Digital Transformation.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business documents.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and requirement discussions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.

Project Coordination

  • Gather and document client requirements.
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, testers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Track project progress and prepare status reports.
  • Organize client meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
  • Manage project documentation and communication.
  • Identify risks and escalate issues when necessary.

 

Preferred Skills

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in preparing proposals and project documentation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in an IT company.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Understanding of AI, IoT, Cloud, ERP, and Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • MBA (Marketing/Operations) is preferred but not mandatory.
