Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce our products and services.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calling and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Preferred Skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 0–1 year of experience in telesales or telemarketing. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and strong advantage with knowledge of multiple regional language (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi).
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and CRM knowledge is an added advantage).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
