Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create high-quality graphic designs for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts and designs aligned with company goals and brand identity.
- Analyze design briefs and understand project requirements to deliver effective visual solutions.
- Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, and other digital assets.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, style, and messaging.
- Present design ideas and drafts for review, feedback, and improvements.
- Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms and devices.
Video Editing
- Create and edit engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and internal communications.
- Edit video content including trimming, transitions, animations, effects, captions, and audio enhancement.
- Develop creative video concepts aligned with current social media trends.
- Add motion graphics, visual effects, and storytelling elements to improve video quality.
- Optimize videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Manage video files, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging video content that improves brand visibility.
Collaboration & Performance Improvement
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to support branding initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, editing techniques, and social media practices.
- Monitor content performance and suggest creative improvements based on engagement metrics.
