Brief Description

We are seeking an IT Support, Access & Ticket Management Specialist with 3–4 years of experience in managing support requests, user access provisioning, ticket lifecycle management, and operational documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ticket intake, request triage, access management, audit reporting, and user support across multiple business and technical platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with IT ticketing workflows, request triage, and ticket lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts, including roles, permissions, groups, and least-privilege access principles.
  • Experience managing user onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and periodic access reviews.
  • Experience working with one or more of the following: Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Salesforce, AWS, Datadog, and AI tools.
  • Knowledge of security tooling, vulnerability management platforms, security dashboards, and request handling practices.
  • Experience creating audit reports and maintaining process documentation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot user requests across collaboration, development, security, infrastructure, customer, and reporting systems.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and track support requests through to resolution.

 

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. or Postgraduate Degree.
